I can't save any of the files D: like when I edit any of the files it won't let me save them. Does that have something to do with the fact that I saved GWO into C drive?

your c:/ directory seems to be readonly to prevent viruses or other nasty things ^_^, copy and paste the whole GWO directory into an other , subfolder or ProgramFiles
