Log-in with a changed IP adress

So.. I've downloaded the IP changer and changed my IP adress to an offered UK adress, but then I can't log in anywhere.
Is there a way to log in on a site with a changed IP adress?

I tried to log-in to IGG site with surverys to earn free IGG points. With, or example, UK or USA IP adress, I'd get access to the surveys not available in my country. Then do some nice survey with dozens of accounts, change IGG points to gold and collect the gold on my main character XD...  sounds too good to be true eh? Then everyone who got surveys available would do the same, but I better ask here

It sounds possible. Using Proxy might work. But i tryed a VN (Viet Nam) IP and it didnt work. I Could'nt play the game ether. So maybe
it wont work. Try a US I-P Address.. But i was wondering. You can get IGG Points from surveys?

Long time ago i used proxy, have some proxy programs, dont remember names, but they exist with tons of list ips.

Yeah I used proxy, with a UK adress. I could try with US, Canada, German, Japan... (where I can expect to find some surveys).
I did a survey but needed to pay via mobile phone a little.. got 55 IGG points from it. Countries like UK and USA got loads of free surveys. I had a mate in guild a year ago ( Runscape was his name) he went doing surveys and got 2k gold every day >_>
