SERVER_FILES.RAR are the complete source unchanged, uncompiled, full chinese usefull only if you want to make your own server files.
GAME_SERVER.RAR
LOGIN_SERVER.RAR
DB_SERVER.RAR are the compiled files for lazyasses.

Install the DATABASES

DOWNLOAD GAME_SERVER , LOGIN_SERVER, DB_SERVER.RARS

Configure them with your mysql account info and local ip 127.0.0.1

Open Login Server->Db Server->Game Server

if they return any error, please post it in seperate topic with pictures and details so i can help you find it.

btw, I'm trying to use Wpe Pro but every time I find viruses when I download it :o
I found no site where I could download a clean file  :(

well everybody knows that the server files are bugged and need tons of hours of work to finish so

DONT EXPECT ME TO POST AND/OR FIX THE SERVER FILES FOR YOU TO LEECH THEM, YOU'L HAVE TO BE ACTIVE ASWELL (AT LEAST IN THIS CATEGORY)  IF YOU WANT TO BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD THE FINAL SERVER FILES WHEN I RELEASE THEM
